Truist

We partnered with Truist (borne from the merger of BB&T and SunTrust) to communicate with customers as they face COVID-19’s devastating financial implications. 


StrawberryFrog created the response strategy and communications, specifically launching the “Truist Cares” initiative to provide help and resources to communities across the nation.

We created this film in just a few short weeks from brief to air date. We worked around the clock over three time zones with a team spread out from London to New York to Los Angeles. Our producer set up a virtual newsroom so we could get clearance of images in real time. The 60-second film honors the resilience of so many people as the country faces the challenges of the crisis.
