StrawberryFrog defined the purpose of the Mahindra group then launched it inside Mahindra and externally in markets around the world, primarily through social media. RISE drove innovation and collaboration across sectors and disciplines, leading to a breakthrough to expand the group globally into new markets.
Employee Engagement Scores - Mahindra Cares survey measures the engagement levels of employees. MCARES Score for FY15 was 3.76, for FY16 was 3.92, for FY17 was 4.05 and FY18 was 4.13
